Sagebrook is an 84-lot single-family subdivision in beautiful Park City, Utah.  It is very family friendly with several trails in around the neighborhood and approximately one mile from Trailside Elementary School.  Trailside Park with a playground, tennis courts, soccer fields, a bike park and a dog park is located next to the elementary school.  Annual dues collected in January each year are $330.
